Silencing
They talk too much about “silencing.” They bury everything in nattering shit, escalate every interaction to furious insanity, and drive truly feeling people back off into the grey, quiet hinterlands… away from the shrieking, mocking and tearing at the center of what ought not to be an endless storm but a conversation, a forum, an honest argument.
But a storm is what serves them, like harpies riding the winds of their own howling spite, overpowering everything and everyone else in the foul wrack.
Few people of conscience have the heart to strive to be heard over that silencing gale.
Divide, disseminate and disassemble. It drives me nuts that people can’t see through it.
